Lead Environmental Services Supervisor
We are seeking a proven leader to supervise and develop our field team, ensuring the consistent, flawless execution of our environmental service protocols in critical healthcare facilities. You will be the direct link between our documented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and its real-world application.
- Directly supervise, schedule, and train a team of Healthcare Environmental Services Technicians
- Conduct daily and weekly quality audits using digital checklists; ensure 100% protocol adherence
- Serve as primary onsite contact for facility administrators; conduct walk-throughs and deliver performance reports
- Enforce ISO 9001 system procedures; identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage supplies, equipment, and PPE for your team
- 3+ years supervisory experience in janitorial, environmental services, or facilities management (military NCO experience highly valued)
- 1+ year experience in healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, ASC, dialysis) strongly preferred
- Proven ability to follow, enforce, and improve detailed written procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; leads by example
- Must pass background check and drug screening; valid driver's license required
Healthcare Environmental Services Technician
Execute terminal cleaning and daily environmental services in clinical healthcare settings. You'll work in dialysis centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and medical offices where your attention to detail directly impacts patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Execute terminal cleaning protocols in clinical treatment areas
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and audit logs
- Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines
- Properly handle biohazardous materials and sharps containers
- Communicate with facility staff regarding scheduling and special requests
- High attention to detail and ability to follow written protocols
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Prior experience in healthcare, custodial, or military settings a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
